Not sure if my favorite part is where they communicate with the local population, and choose to do it in English, or the one where they build their own offices, or perhaps when they have a cardboard cut out of Kosovo and little dolls to show how prepared they are..
“We are here and we are ready”… sounds like Torchwood to me.
