Hey John,

According to my information from one of the MEP initiators of the oneseat.eu campaing, Cecelia Malstrom is still supporting her own initiative - however! She says that, in the Council, Sweden would vote in favour of scrapping the Strasbourg and Luxembourg seats but it does not want to be the first member to raise the issue.

Well, that is the problem. No one wants to be the first. Especially not while the fate of the Constitution is still heavily dependent on the goodwill of the French government.
