I've read with some interest your artcile on the EU budget... and since I am one of the political adviser of the PES group in the European Parliament on the EU budget, I could not not resist mentionning to you that the PES group is pubnlishing since 2007 a brochure (availbale in english and 4 othe EU languages) on the Budget and the poltical achievements of the PES group in that respect. The brochure is available on our website (www. socialist group.eu). I can obviuously sned you a copy of the 2007 and 2008 editions by mail (we 're currently preparing the 2009 edition).
